    Checklist for Applicants

    • Application Form (to be completed & signed by student)
    • Registration Fee RM500 (Non-Refundable)
    • 4 (four) passport size colored photographs (Name & Programme written on the back of the photographs)
    • Stamped & Certified True Copy of all Transcripts/Certificate (eg SPM and etc)
    • Photocopy of NRIC / Passport
    • Other supporting documents
    • Payment can be made by credit card, cash/cheque, bank draft and online
    • Payment via cheque to be made to G. INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE SDN BHD (Please write name according to NRIC/Passport at the back of the cheque)
    • The above fees do not include examination fees
