ABOUT G. INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE
G. Institute of Real Estate is well known as Malaysia’s Pioneer Institute in preparing students towards a successful and rewarding career in Real Estate.
Incorporated in February 1987, it is the first recognised Institute in Malaysia which conducts courses to prepare them for the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents Examinations Part 1 and 2. It is also an Institution registered under the Education Act 1961.
G. Institute of Real Estate is involved in the business of training, and organising seminars and courses. Being a premier organisation within the industry, it provides effective and quality training related to the real estate profession.

G. Institute is also involved in Property Management which is the administration of residential, commercial and industrial real estate including apartments, detached houses, condominium units and shopping centres.It also includes the managing of property which is owned by another party or entity and acting on behalf of the owner to preserve the value of the property while generating income.
Principal, Puan Khatijah Abdullah has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. During which time she has built up a reputation in the local real estate industry as well as in the international market. Her desire to instill greater professionalism in the real estate industry has led to the establishment of the G. Institute of Real Estate.
For her contribution to the industry, she was awarded a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents in 1985. She has since served as its president from 1991 to 1995 and was re-appointed from 2003 to 2007. She also sits on the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents in Malaysia from 1985 to 2007.
